Welcome to Davis House Co. By booking a service or using our website, you’re agreeing to the terms below. They’re here to keep things clear and fair for everyone.

1. Our Services

We provide professional home organizing services for closets, kitchens, and other spaces. Services are subject to availability and scheduling.

2. Appointments & Cancellations

Sessions are by appointment only.
Life happens — if you need to cancel or reschedule, please give at least 48 hours’ notice.
Cancellations made within 48 hours may be subject to a fee.

3. Payments

Payment is due at the time of service unless we’ve agreed otherwise.
All payments are processed securely through Square.
Any fees from late payments or returned transactions are the client’s responsibility.

4. Your Part

Please make sure the space is safe and accessible for us to work.
Decisions about what to keep, donate, or toss are always yours. We’ll guide you, but you’re in charge.
Disposal of unwanted items isn’t included unless we’ve arranged it ahead of time.

5. Care & Responsibility

We handle your belongings with care. In the rare case of accidental damage, we’re not responsible unless it’s due to gross negligence.
Our goal is to make your home more functional and enjoyable, but we can’t guarantee specific results (like home value increases).

6. Website & Content

Everything on our website — including text, photos, and logos — belongs to Davis House Co. Please don’t copy or reuse without permission.

7. Updates

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we do, we’ll post the updated version here with a new effective date.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Virginia, United States.
